A: Your insurance company will most likely require the following information to start your claim:

  • Your Drivers License Number
  • Police agency file number (if the police attended the crash scene)
  • Year, make/model and license plate of your vehicle and the other vehicle(s) involved in the crash
  • Witness name(s) and contact information
  • Description of the incident
